Welcome to the Kings Ridge Homeowner's Association. Kings Ridge is a community of 107 homes and is located East of Silverlake in South Everett at 39th and 108th S.E. Kings Ridge consists of two development phases. Kings Ridge I homes were built starting in 1988 and Kings Ridge II homes were started in 1995. The development boasts a large, expansive common area enjoyed by residents with walking trails, tennis court, basketball court, play structure, picnic tables and benches.

Kings Ridge has an active Homeowner's Board consisting of seven directors. The Kings Ridge Covenants, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation can be found on the above links. They can be downloaded as PDF's. Highlights of the Covenants are included for the "most asked about questions."
